 The
eastern beach front exposure is perfect for enjoying the island's
romantic sunrises. Take
an early morning stroll on the beach in front of the property, beachcombing for shells. Perhaps
you’ll find a prized glass fishing float. Breaching
whales can be seen from the property November – May.
Large sea turtles and monk seals can be seen as well. At nightfall
walk with warm sand underfoot watching the moon rise over
the Pacific or use a flashlight to search for “ghost
crabs”. The outdoor shower is available for your use
upon your return to Hale Niulani.
 A
private garden courtyard with built in barbeque is available
to our guests. Beach chairs and oversized beach towels are
provided for your use and save you precious luggage space
during your Hawaiian holiday. A washer and dryer are also
available for your convenience.
This property has three units – a two bedroom with loft
main house, a one-bedroom bungalow, and a one bedroom cottage.
Rent the main house for a group up to 4 or 6, or the entire property for a group up to 10. Conveniently located on the beach just a short walk
or drive from many of Kauai’s best restaurants and stores,
this property offers easy access to all the Garden Island
has to offer… golf , surfing, swimming, sunbathing,
hiking, kayaking, kitesurfing, snorkeling, scuba, sailing
and more.
